Nia in College Station
Holly teaches three in-person Nia classes a week in College Station at the Meyer Senior and Community Center. These classes are offered by College Station Park and Recreation department, as sessions throughout the year. For Information about the sessions and how to register please visit CSTX.gov.
You are invited to drop-in to a sample or observe any ongoing Nia class with Holly. Nia is welcoming and open to all! Nia class meets Monday and Tuesday from 11:30am - 12:30pm CT. Seated Nia Moving to Heal meets Tuesday from 1-1:45 pm CT. Come dance with us!
