Holly is a Nia faculty member, choreographer, trainer, and mentor to Nia teachers and students around the world.  She loves to share the joyful body-learning experience of Nia in her classes, workshops, and trainings.  Holly has developed Nia in Austin, TX, Santa Fe, NM, Lincoln, NE and now College Station, TX. In addition, Holly is teaching Nia classes live on Zoom to the global community.

Meet Holly

Holly Nastasi is an inspiring master instructor and trainer of the well-being program,  Nia® Technique.   Holly's fitness career began in 1982 when she started teaching aerobics classes in Austin, TX.  She transitioned to teaching Nia in 1993.  Holly holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and an M. Ed. in Health Education from the University of Texas at Austin.
